Head of Business

Lind Motorrad Welwyn Garden City is looking for a Head of Business.

Your role

This key position within our company is a very rare opportunity. As a Head of Business, you will report to and receive support from the Regional Manager, benefitting from assistance from the head office departments. You will have the freedom to lead and develop your own business.

Your key responsibilities are as follows:

• Provide clear leadership, motivating and managing our highly experienced team
• Ensure that our customers enjoy the very best experience
• Liaising with the manufacturer to maximise relationships and opportunities
• Achieve LIND & manufacturer business plans
• Achieve/Maintain a minimum upper quartile in manufacturer KPIs
• Be the face of LIND BMW in Welwyn Garden City

Basic salary of £51,250 and a bonus of £10,000, which is uncapped.

Your profile

The ideal candidate will understand BMW operations and take pride in their ability to develop our team, sales, and profit opportunities whilst simultaneously delivering exceptional levels of professionalism and, above all else, providing every customer with an outstanding experience. We also expect you to have at least 5 years of managerial experience and a proven track record in senior automotive management.

• Full understanding of Budgeting, P+L, Accounts, Manufacturer schemes, etc
• Possess a proven track record of consistently exceeding targets
• Be driven and understand that success comes through being a part of a great team
• Create an experiential showroom environment for customers
• Grow opportunities off-site
• Ensuring LIND ethos is carried throughout the business
• Work closely with our marketing department to promote business
• Understand and grow our online presence
• Have a complete understanding of social media and maximise its use
• Have an absolute desire to be close to our customers
• Hold a Full UK Motorcycle and Van Driving Licence
