Local Business Development Manager

Rybrook Warwick is looking for a Local Business Development Manager.

Your role

You will achieve agreed sales targets for the new BMW in relation to corporate and local business and within defined operating and financial guidelines. Additionally, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a database of business users, including comprehensive details of principal contacts, fleet size, make-up and anticipated replacement cycles.

You will contribute to developing plans, policies and procedures as required to ensure the achievement of all sales tasks smoothly and in a timely manner whilst requesting contact details from all prospects/visitors and providing a follow-up.

Your profile                                                                    

The ideal applicant will be responsible for:

  • Planning and organising own selling activities to win new business and maintain contact with regular customers
  • Record all contact and customer requirements follow-up information on the BMW database.
  • Liaise with customers on an ongoing basis to build relationships and maintain levels of customer satisfaction

This is not a desk job. You will be active in the business community, prospecting and delivering sales presentations. You will be highly motivated and capable of self-management, attention to detail, and pro-activity.
