Rybrook Warwick is looking for a Weekend Receptionist.
Your role
With the opening of our Brand New BMW Centre, we are now searching for recruits to join us on this fantastic journey. You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers calling or visiting our showroom. As well as greeting our guests, you will be carrying out a variety of daily administrative and housekeeping tasks relating to ensuring our showroom standards are always met. It’s all about giving BMW customers an excellent first impression.
Your profile
You will have previous proven experience working as a receptionist in a prestigious establishment. You will promote excellent customer service by greeting all customers contacting the centre in a professional and courteous manner and in accordance with brand guidelines. You will distribute enquiries by passing calls and messages to colleagues in an accurate, timely and appropriate manner, working individually and prioritising customers and calls in this busy Centre.
Required hours Saturday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, and Sun 11.00 am to 4.00 pm.
