Motorcycle Sales Trainee

Dick Lovett Bristol is looking for a Trainee Sales Executive.

Your role

As a Trainee Sales Executive, you will join our fantastic and friendly team at BMW Motorrad in Bristol. Our team is small, so it is imperative that we work together to deliver the best customer service possible. This makes it a fantastic and hands-on place to learn the ropes in sales! If you are interested in bikes and want to develop your knowledge and sales skills, our team will be there to guide you, and you will have a lot of fun in the process.

This opportunity will allow you to personally contribute to the success of our team and make a positive impact on our customers on a daily basis.

This role is a first step into the motor industry and will put you on track to becoming a successful Sales Executive. We will be committed to providing you with a training programme from Dick Lovett and BMW Motorrad to support your career development.

You will be on hand to provide our sales team with an unrivalled level of support. By working closely with the sales team, you will maintain our showroom by displaying our models and environment to the highest standards for customers to enjoy viewing the latest models and technology BMW offers. A big part of this role will be to develop and enhance your knowledge and understanding of the brand and the models available with a clear development plan to progress you to sales.

Your profile

We are looking for a hardworking and dedicated individual to fill this role; someone who is enthusiastic about Motorbikes, keen to succeed and deliver a first-class customer experience. You must be able to demonstrate excellent time management skills and have the ability to work on your initiative to complete tasks set for you.

We are open to receiving applications from candidates who have not explicitly worked in sales before. Ideally, we are looking for candidates who already have good customer service experience and can confidently communicate with team members and customers.

You must have a full clean UK driving licence for this role, and a bike licence would be preferable but not essential.
