Workshop Controller

Marshall Bournemouth is looking for a Workshop Controller. 

Your role

As a workshop controller, you will play a key role, ensuring the workshop runs smoothly and efficiently.

You will calculate and manage the use of workshop resources effectively, monitoring staff and workshop performance to maintain standards. As a workshop controller, you will allocate work to the technicians based on the mix of skills available and resolve customer queries according to retailer and manufacturers guidelines.

Your profile

To be successful in this role, you will have experience as a Workshop Controller, Technician or Service Advisory background ideally from a franchised dealership (brand experience flexible). You will also have intermediate IT skills, ideally with experience in administrating eVHC software. In addition to your previous experience, we are seeking individual who display the following attributes:
