Sytner Maidenhead is looking for a Service Reception Manager.
We are looking for someone with ambition and an attitude to lead, inspire, train and drive our customer journey by developing the service advisors and ensuring the team and department remain structured and supported.
A team ethos is very important to the success and this role is key to ensuring the team feel valued, supported and have a clear direction on a daily basis.
This role is very much positioned like a captain of a team and is one of the most rewarding management posts within the retailer.
