Part-Time MINI Host

Vines of Guildford is looking for a Part-Time MINI Host. 

Your role

You’ll be the first point of contact for our customers calling or visiting our showroom. As well as greeting our guests, you will be carrying out a variety of daily administrative and housekeeping tasks relating to ensuring our showroom standards are always met. It’s all about giving MINI customers an excellent first impression.

Please note the working hours for this position are Saturdays, 9 am - 5 pm. 

Your profile

The ideal candidate will understand the brand image, be passionate about the customer experience, and be committed, punctual and friendly. Interpersonal skills are essential, and computer skills are an advantage. Customer awareness and a customer-centric approach to all interactions are essential, as is the ability to meet deadlines, work under pressure, and be part of a busy team.
