Dick Lovett Bristol is looking for a Service Advisor.

Your profile 

The successful candidate will use their excellent customer service skills to deal with all of our customers’ requirements for servicing and repairs in an efficient and courteous manner. Duties will include (but are not limited to) booking services, completing repair orders, communicating any required repairs to our customers, and working collaboratively with the Workshop Team to ensure all tasks are completed to the agreed time scales.

Experience in or currently working in a Service Advisor role within a franchised dealership would be very advantageous, as is knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and DMS systems (CDK/Kerridge preferable). Familiarity with warranty procedures would also be very beneficial.
