Salary - £25,000 - £31,000 per annum (depending on experience) plus uncapped OTE of £1,500 per month (on average).

For Technicians, we have specially developed a fast-track training programme which will enable you to more quickly progress in your career by building on the skills you’ve already gained. It’s ideal for those who’ve already completed another vehicle manufacturer’s training programme or have hold specific IMI qualifications. 

Your role

As a Technician, you’ll take care of maintenance and repair work for our customers, using MINI diagnostic equipment and doing things the MINI way. 

An adaptable and enthusiastic addition to our talented team, you’ll take pride in your work as you undertake regular service tasks and vehicle health checks, and source new parts. Our internal staff will look to you for technical expertise and our customers will welcome your positivity, timely approach and meticulous attention to detail.

Your profile

You’ll be passionate about keeping up-to-speed with the latest technologies. You’ll already have a Level 3 NVQ in Motor Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or Light vehicle (LV) Maintenance and Repair (or equivalent) with previous experience. A full UK driving licence will be essential
