Service Advisor

Rybrook Shrewsbury is looking for a Service Advisor.

Your role

We are looking to recruit an experienced Service Advisor who will thrive on achieving business targets and personal goals.  You will be responsible for providing a proactive service to customers requesting to schedule their vehicles for service, maintenance, or repair work.

Your Profile

You must be prepared to work hard in a challenging environment and be a committed and enthusiastic team player who holds the ability to demonstrate excellent customer handling and sales skills whilst working in a busy environment is essential.  You will also need a positive and mature attitude to succeed in a department that constantly demands the use of initiative. Experience of working within a main dealer is advantageous, but not essential.
