Halliwell Jones is looking for a Class 2 HGV Driver at Warrington.
Your role
- To carry out all duties in a safe and efficient manner.
- To ensure the safety of the vehicle and its load at all times.
- To check all vehicles for damage and missing components before loading and unloading and reporting.
- To ensure accurate completion of all paperwork.
- To comply with all company rules and regulations.
- To drive within designated speed limits at all times.
- To ensure the Ministry of Transport Driving Regulations are adhered to.
Your profile
- LGV C+E Class 1 Licence, including full CPC.
- Proven excellent customer service skills and likes to work with people.
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
- An enthusiastic, dynamic and team-orientated personality
- Willingness to learn and develop, and keep up-to-date with complex/ technical/product information.
- Team player, offers help and support to others.
- Experience dealing with members of the public
- Experience working under pressure and to tight deadlines
- A commitment to follow processes
