Motorrad Aftersales Advisor

Douglas Park Glasgow is looking for a Motorrad Aftersales Advisor.

Your role

Within this role, you will be delivering a seamless experience to our customers in the Aftersales department, dealing with all customers in a professional, prompt and courteous manner, portraying a positive first impression of the Aftersales Department, advising on technical queries or issues, booking motorcycles into the department for work to be carried out, informing customers of the progress of their motorcycle, advising the customer on repairs, parts and accessories and finalising the invoice on completion of required work.

Your profile

We are looking for an exceptional individual who is able to demonstrate a successful track record in a customer-facing role. It is essential that the successful applicant has proven experience in the Motor Trade, preferably within the Motorcycle industry and holds a Motorcycle License. Kerridge experience would be advantageous, but it is not essential.
