Halliwell Jones Chester is looking for a Service Invoicing Administrator.

Your Role:

  • To maximise efficiency in all administration areas relating to the costing office.
  • To deal with on daily retail, warranty, internal, service package, one link and lease company invoicing. 
  • To ensure the completion of all internal and external service invoices.
  • To monitor 'Work In Progress' daily.

Your Profile:

  • Willingness to learn and develop and keep up-to-date with product information.
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, organisation and prioritisation skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously.

  • Knowledge of computer applications (MS Office, Drive)
