Berry Heathrow is looking for a Sales Administrator.
Reporting to the Group Administrator and Office Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of information held to ensure we meet Approved Used Car Standards. In addition, you will assist the Group Administrator in the administration of the Berry Company car scheme, together with responding to Parking Charge notices and motoring offences. Customer Service is a big part of Administration, so you will be responsible for ensuring that every used car we sell is updated with DVLA in a timely fashion. There will be other aspects of administration involved, which will make the job varied and rewarding, and will give the basics for becoming an efficient and knowledgeable Sales Administrator.
You will have proven experience in a similar role whilst using either Kerridge or Drive. You will also have excellent administration and communication skills as well as a commitment to providing excellent customer service. Enthusiastic, dynamic and team orientated, with strong interpersonal and organisation skills, you will be able to work autonomously whilst being a team player that offers help and support to others. You will have a willingness to learn and develop and keep up-to-date with product information.
