Sandal Wakefield is looking for a Finance Retention Specialist
You’ll focus on making contact with existing BMW Financial Service customers to advise on new vehicle promotions and to navigate renewal options. With both new and used car stock availability, the important thing is that customers purchase a BMW that’s right for them. As well as being the first contact for Digital sales enquiries made via our digital platforms and respond to these in a professional and timely manner.
You will have proven sales experience in the motor trade industry, or a telephone sales and retention role, along with a committed and hard-working approach to everything you do. We also expect you to have a full driving licence, along with the tenacity and commitment to realise your full potential. Experience of CDK Drive dealer software is an advantage.
