Service Reception Manager

Berry Cobham is looking for a Service Reception Manager.

Your role

Looking after the day-to-day operation of our Service department front of house, and managing a team of Service Advisors, administrators and drivers, you’ll ensure the smooth running of this crucial area of the department and the link between the workshop team. From understanding customer requirements throughout the whole customer journey, to delivering those expected exceptionally high levels of customer service.

Your profile

We’re looking for someone with proven service advisor experience, ready to take the next career step and progress to management level, you’ll be someone who can quickly get to grips with processes, BMW products and services. Someone who understands what it means to deliver great customer service. If you have the tenacity and commitment to realise your potential, we’ll give you the training to go as far as you can.
