Stephen James Ruxley is looking for Reception Host

Your role

As the Receptionist Host you will be the first point of contact responsible for meeting, greeting & assisting all customers who visit the Showroom.  You will be attentive to each visitor, quickly understanding their needs and helping to deliver a bespoke customer experience. You will be a brand ambassador and share our excitement for everything MINI and BMW.  

The main duties of the role include:

• Friendly, professional, always welcoming, and helpful 
• Provide a bespoke attentive customer experience by understanding the customer requirements and managing their visit by directing them to the right department/ person
• Proactive and organised, taking responsibility for general administration.
• To occasionally deal with the telephone overflow by answering calls professionally and taking accurate messages that are given out in a timely, manner
• Manage the customer waiting area by keeping customers updated, offering refreshments, and ensuring they are comfortable and well looked after
• Keep the Showroom and waiting areas tidy and presentable

Your profile

• Friendly, professional, and welcoming with a passion for customer service
• Excellent communication, especially confident face to face and will enjoy customer interaction
• Good organisation and administration skills, with a passion for detail
• Experience in front of house position is desirable
• Must be eligible to work in the UK
