Stephen James Ruxley is looking for Customer Retention Specialist
Your role
As the Retention Specialist within the Sales Department, you will be responsible for calling existing BMW & MINI customers to advise on new vehicle promotions and ensuring long term customer satisfaction and finance retention.
The main duties of the role include:
- Proactively call existing Financial Service customers to advise on new vehicle promotions and to navigate renewal options
- Increase the BMW and MINI finance retention performance to 60%
- Provide admin support for the Business Manager
- Arrange mail out letters to existing BMW Financial Services customers including Mid Term & End of Term customers
- Meet & greet BMW Financial Services customers where contact has been made to introduce the Business Manager/Sales Team
- Manage and update the retention database
- Achieve minimum 50% monthly Retention through BMW Financial Services
- Run targeted campaigns in agreement with the Sales Manager
- Produce weekly report to Business Manager regarding retention activity to include calls made, appointments made, and sales converted
Your profile
- Enjoy assisting customers on the phone, building trust and relationships whilst giving advice and problem solving
- Have a passion for customer service and be professional and well presented
- Driven with a sales focus and ability to work towards targets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong IT and Microsoft skills and the ability to keep up to date with technical information
- Strong administration, with a process orientated approach, and following up within agreed timeframes
- Proven experience of working in a similar role preferable in customer retention and selling on the telephone
- Have a full Driving Licence and must be eligible to work in the UK
