Rybrook Wolverhampton is looking for an Aftersales Telephonist.

Your role

Working independently, you will be responsible for maximising aftersales opportunities, making outbound calls to our existing customers, and managing bookings and enquiries for our eight centres within our BMW and MINI division.

 The requirements of the role involve:

•           Research and preparation prior to making calls, utilising a number of systems to ensure accuracy and enhance the quality of the outbound contact.

•           Delivering excellent customer service

•           Converting opportunities into appointments

•           Use of the Drive Dealer Management System to create bookings directly.

•           Dealing with customer objections

•           Ensuring all bookings are taken efficiently and all necessary data is accurately input during calls

•           Taking ownership of any customer issues and concerns

•           Developing strong working relationships

•           Initial and ongoing training is offered to ensure your continuous personal development and to provide the highest high standard of customer care.  Further progression and career opportunities within our group of retail centres is actively encouraged.

Your profile

Being friendly, with a professional manner and being committed to providing first class customer service are more important than experience of working within the motor trade, although, if you have worked within the industry previously then this will be a benefit.

It is important to us that you work well with minimum supervision and can demonstrate that you are self-motivated and can use your initiative. You must have an organised and systematic approach to work.


Use of the Drive DMS system is preferable but not essential as training will be provided.
