Rybrook Shrewsbury is looking for a Loyalty Executive.
As a Loyalty Executive, you will work within an already existing team, working closely with our Sales teams to increase our customer retention. This role will involve contacting our current customers who have owned our product and maybe looking to change in the near future.
This role is also responsible for the distribution of all enquiries which are generated through the internet to make sure they are contacted in a timely and professional manner.
You will have excellent administration and communication skills as well as a commitment to providing excellent customer service. Enthusiastic, dynamic and team orientated, with strong interpersonal and organisation skills, you will be able to work autonomously whilst being a team player that offers help and support to others. You will have a willingness to learn and develop and keep up to date with product information.
This role would suit someone looking to fit in a career around existing commitments or allow flexibility to their week. We are offering hours of work between 4pm and 7pm on weekdays plus Saturdays and Sundays.
