Halliwell Jones Southport is looking for a BMW Genius.

Your role

Reporting to the BMW New Car Sales Manager, the main objectives of the post are to:

  • Indirectly boost sales by providing customers with the right amount of product information to give them a good insight of the BMW products.
  • Promote the technical unique selling points of BMW products and the associated customer benefits. 
  • Offer exceptional customer service through informative, non-pressured customer discussion.
  • Welcoming/Hosting customers in the centre and ensuring every aspect of an exceptional customer experience is provided.

Your profile

Essential criteria for the position includes:

  • Proven excellent customer service skills and likes to work with people.
  • An outstanding attitude and passion for customer service
  • Passion for BMW products and technology.
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously.
  • An enthusiastic, dynamic and team orientated personality
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and develop, and keep up-to-date with complex/ technical/product information.
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
  • Is a team player. Offers help and support to others.
  • Thorough knowledge of computer applications (MS Office).
