Lloyd South Lakes is looking for a Assistant Aftersales Manager.
You’ll take responsibility for maximising profit in all areas of responsibility, to develop and agree aftersales plans and budgets, including service, accessories, overheads and all related items to achieve marketing and financial targets and to deliver results to meet and where possible exceed agreed budgets.
Your leadership will ensure customers enjoy positive, memorable experiences every time they visit your site or interact with your sales team. You’ll also oversee sales processes, activities and target setting, as well as initiating marketing activities and taking care of operational management.
Along with demonstrable sales experience in the automotive industry, you will also bring with you outstanding communication skills and strong technical knowledge, along with flexibility and the ability to motivate the aftersales team and lead by example. Excellent analytical, financial and change management skills are essential.
A highly effective motivator, you will already have proven leadership and performance management experience and a track record of developing others. You’ll have a strong customer focus, alongside proven business acumen, problem-solving abilities and relationship-building skills.
