MINI Service Manager

Dick Lovett Bath is looking for a MINI Service Manager.

Your role

You will be responsible for all customer relations, procedures and contacts for service repairs and maintenance through the dealership. Our successful candidate will be expected to contribute to the development of Service Department plans and budget, including gross profit, control of indirect and direct expenses, labour efficiency and all related items to achieve financial and customer service targets.

Your profile

The successful candidate would need to have proven experience managing a team and a proven record in delivering results within a Dealership Service Department. You must be reliable, confident and able to motivate and support a team.

You will need to have excellent organisation skills and be able to direct and control the activities of Workshop and other Service Staff in order to achieve target plans and budgets. Someone with a systematic approach to managing a busy aftersales department coupled with strong interpersonal skills has the opportunity to excel in this role.

We need someone who can confidently contribute to the development of operating the administrative policies and procedures to ensure the smooth running of the Service Department. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and DMS systems would be essential and previous use of Kerridge would be preferable. Knowledge of warranty procedures would also be advantageous but not essential.
