Aftersales Manager (BMW & MINI)

Bavarian BMW Belfast is looking for a Aftersales Manager.

Your role

Reporting to our Managing Director, this role empowers the successful candidate to oversee our BMW and MINI Service Centres, as well our parts and accessory operation for both brands.

With autonomy to develop our front of house customer experience teams, coupled with effective management of our state of the art workshops and parts supply, this opening allows you to truly shape and drive a core element of our business as part of our Senior Management team.

Your profile

Proven experience in a similar role within the motor industry is essential as well as sound technical knowledge. Ideally, you will have the ability to work in a high-pressured environment and have fantastic leadership skills that can drive a team forward.

You should strive for operational excellence and have a strategic mind-set, whilst ensuring excellent customer service.

Essential Criteria:

• Proven experience gained in a similar role within a franchised dealership environment.
• Proven track record in leading, managing and motivating a multi-disciplined team.
• Proven experience in effectively analysing and controlling KPI’s and expense budgets.
• Demonstrates the delivery of a positive retail and customer focused experience.
• Strong understanding of modern motor vehicle technology.
