Digital Sales Advisor

Stratstone Tyneside is looking for a Digital Sales Advisor.

Your role

Working closely with the Digital Sales Controller, you will be highly organised and self-motivated individual who will have proven experience in a target driven environment. You will be ensuring you have fully qualified the customer across a multitude of channels, predominantly through 3rd party enquiries.

 As a Digital Sales Advisor, you’ll be responsible for and not limited to;

  • Efficiently handling inbound & outbound  enquiries via telephone/email/digital methods, ensuring sales opportunities are maximised at all opportunities
  • Ensuring an incredible customer experience through qualifying the customer and fully understanding their needs
  • Negotiating with customers, overcoming objections and finding solutions to problems quickly and effectively
  • Presenting a number of new car options to suit the customer needs and requirements
  • Booking dealership appointments, arranging test drives, ordering customer vehicles or passing the lead on to the digital leader to finalise the deal and provide finance quotes

Your profile

  • Proven ability to sell in a retail environment and hit targets
  • You will be able to prioritise and work to tight deadlines
  • You will be able to work independently and also part of an office-based team
  • Confident telephone manner with great attention to detail
  • IT proficient with the ability to work in different systems at once

Please note - it is a requirement for the successful candidate to become accredited by the Financial Conduct Authority (full training will be provided).
