HR Assistant

North Oxford Garage are looking for a HR Assistant.

Your role

As a HR Assistant, you will act a point of reference for HR processes, policies and practices which are already in place and escalate any issues where necessary. You will be expected to build partnerships with managers and provide first line support for areas such as (but not limited to) performance management, employee relations, recruiting and resourcing. You may be required to undertake independent projects from time to time as well as supporting with the facilitation of training for managers where appropriate. You will be solely responsible for general HR administration for the business.

Your profile

You will preferably have some proven HR experience at a similar level and/or be working towards your CIPD level 3 accreditation. You must have the ability to work independently to manage projects and prioritise tasks, excellent organisation skills and the ability to follow up within agreed timeframes.

You will have excellent IT skills as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an appetite to work in a fast-paced environment.

A full driving licence is essential.
