Used Car Sales Manager

Cotswold Cheltenham are looking for a Used Car Sales Manager.

Your role

You will develop and agree Sales Plans and Budgets for used cars, accessories and overheads to achieve marketing sales and financial targets. Alongside this you will organise direct and oversee the activities of used car sales team and administrative support to achieve plans and budgets ensuring optimum use of materials, financial and personnel resources. The role will include ensuring the department maximises all used car sales opportunities, managing the used car team and monitor the availability of used car stock.

Your profile

Our Cheltenham Centre is looking to appoint a Used Car Sales Manager with proven experience to manage and lead our BMW Used Car department. The ideal candidate must have proven experience in a sales managerial role within the motor trade, be highly motivated, be able to successfully drive performance, have strong leadership and communication skills and be committed to achieving high levels of customer satisfaction. A full UK Drivers licence is essential.
