Service Reception Manager

Vines of Guildford are looking for a Service Reception Manager.

Your role

As Service Reception Manager, you will be responsible for Managing the Service Reception team. You will create outstanding customer confidence in the service offered by Vines by ensuring a professional performance and exceptional commitment to customer care. You will also ensure the highest standard of courtesy and integrity when interacting with customers and members of the public and will maximise service sales and profitability by selling core, value added and incremental products.

Your profile

You will bring us proven experience in the automotive industry and in customer service, underpinned by a proven track record of high achievement within the aftersales/service arena. You will be motivated with a proactive approach to customer service and enjoy the challenge of influencing the success of the service department.

Proven excellent interpersonal and organisational skills are required for this role as well as strong IT literacy.
