BMW Workshop Controller

Rybrook Worcester are looking for a BMW Workshop Controller.

Your role

As a workshop controller you will be instrumental in the success of our aftersales department ensuring the workshop runs smoothly and efficiently.

You will calculate and manage the use of workshop resources effectively, motivating and monitoring staff to drive a first-class workshop performance and total customer care. As a workshop controller you will allocate work to the technicians based on the mix of skills and resource available within the required time frame.

Your role

You will possess technical knowledge gained in the retail motor industry, as well as previous management experience in a similar role.. As a target-orientated team player, your good time management, multi-tasking skills along with passion, drive and determination to deliver a first-class financial result side by side with industry leading customer experience will set you apart from the rest. A full driving licence will also be essential.
