Dick Lovett Bristol are looking for a Service Advisor.
The successful candidate will use their excellent customer service skills to deal with all of our Customer's requirements for servicing and repairs in an efficient and courteous manner. Duties will include (but are not limited to) booking services, completing repair orders, communicating any required repairs to our customers and working collaboratively with the Workshop Team to ensure all tasks are completed to the agreed time scales.
Experience in or currently working in a Service Advisor role within a franchised dealership is essential, as is knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel and DMS systems (CDK/Kerridge preferable). Familiarity of warranty procedures would also be advantageous but not essential.
