Customer Service Advisor - Open Evening 9th November

Barons Bedford are looking for Customer Service Advisors.

We are holding a Open Evening on Tuesday the 9th November in relation to this role and invite any that wish to apply to come and join us on that day between 6pm & 8pm to find out more about the Automotive Industry and what it is like to be a Customer Service Advisor at Group 1 Automotive. 

Your role

A large part of the customer service advisors position involves meeting and greeting customers in a friendly and courteous manner throughout the day, whilst also booking vehicles into the technical workshop. You will also liaise with the technical workshop to keep track of the vehicles’ progress and ensure that the vehicle is ready at the promised time.

Your profile

The successful candidate for our Customer Service Advisors position will have previous experience in a similar role and proven customer service skills.

We expect you to demonstrate some skills that will prove very beneficial in the position, including: Customer awareness, ability to work to deadlines and targets, strong teamwork skills, confident and professional communication skills and a full driving license.
