Your role

You will lead and support your management team in ensuring that company and manufacturer standards, objectives and requirements are met and where possible, exceeded. A ‘true’ people person, you will constantly inspire excellence and consistently motivate by providing the tools to allow your managers to enhance the performance levels of their teams.

With a strategic approach to business, you will recruit key team members, control cash flow, stocks and assets and monitor financial performance on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. You must have the ability to also create solid manufacturer relationships and help increase sales and service output through promotional activity.
