Customer Service Advisor

Stephen James Bromley are looking for a Customer Service Advisor.

Your role

You will be responsible for the efficient and timely answering of inbound calls, assisting with customer queries, accurately recording customer information, obtaining sales enquiries and booking customers’ vehicles for maintenance and repairs.  You will work closely with the Service Team Managers/Sales Teams to coordinate and maximise opportunities ensuring the highest levels of customer care and service at all times.

Your profile

You will have proven experience in delivering outstanding customer service, preferably in a Customer Service Advisor, Contact Centre Executive, Call Centre Agent, Contact Centre Adviser or Complaint Handler capacity. You will also have excellent verbal and written communication skills, alongside the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and keep up-to-date with complex information.
