Your role

You will be responsible for providing administrative duties within the service department and dealing with customer requirements for service and vehicle repairs, in an efficient and courteous manner to ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction.

As part of your role, you will ensure that customer requirements are fully understood and communicated in an effective manner to other members of the department, whilst recording all vehicle details and service histories accurately and effectively.

Your profile

A successful candidate will have proven experience in a similar role and as a confident and professional communicator, will possess excellent customer service skills. With a strong awareness for the customer’s needs, you will demonstrate an ability to work to tight deadlines and targets, whilst demonstrating strong teamwork skills

A full driving licence is essential.
