Vertu York are looking for an Service Advisor.
Within this role you will be: delivering a seamless experience to our customers in the Aftersales department, dealing with all customers in a professional, prompt and courteous manner, portraying a positive first impression of the Service Department, advising on technical queries or issues, booking vehicles into the department for work to be carried out, informing customers of the progress of their vehicle, advising the customer repairs and parts and finalising the invoice on completion of required work.
We are looking for the successful candidate to have proven experience within the role, this is essential to be considered. Customer focus, relationship maintenance and communication skills are of paramount importance, as is the ability to work in a fast-paced environment whilst meeting targets and deadlines. In addition, you will have time management skills and have a proactive approach to customer service.
