Vertu York are looking for a Service Administrator.
The general duties of the role include: to ensure Service work undertaken on the vehicle meets brand requirements, submission of all invoiced jobs, calling customers and helping with queries, assisting the accounts department with the service payments, maintaining professional and positive working relationships with all dealership and manufacture managers and colleagues, assisting in the effective administration of the Service Department, update estimated cost of repairs by following the vehicle health check process, prepare all jobs for invoicing, processing Warranty claims and assist Service advisors with administration duties as and when required.
For this role, we are looking for someone who has proven experience in data management, excellent organisation skills and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You must also be PC literate with a working knowledge of administration procedures. Motor Trade experience would also be beneficial.
