Barons Cambridge are looking for a Receptionist/Enquiry Manager.
You will provide full reception support, including meeting and greeting clients and employees in a professional manner, alongside logging all enquiries into the business and distributing accordingly. You will also answer the telephone and direct all enquiries to a relevant specialist, whilst ensuring general administration duties, such as email management and customer enquiry management are kept up to date.
Excellent organisational and preparation skills are required for this role, coupled with a genuine passion for customer service. You’ll need a driving licence too, plus the energy, passion and drive to give every customer a great experience.
