Westerly Yeovil are looking for a Service Advisor.
You’ll be the link between our customers and the workshop. From welcoming customers, you’ll ensure their smooth journey, from agreeing service or understanding repair requirements to booking in work and presenting the completed job. Along the way, you’ll organise test drives for our technicians, liaise with our parts team, suggest additional products and services to the customer, and make sure all invoicing is shipshape. It’s all about giving BMW customers peace of mind.
The successful Service Advisor will need to be conscientious and possess excellent communication and attention to detail skills. Proven experience in the role would be preferred along with a working knowledge of Kerridge and other DMS. We are looking for an individual who is highly organised and efficient whilst having the ability to build a rapport with our valued customers and develop solid working relationships with the wider team.
