Westerly Dorchester are looking for a Service Manager/Aftersales Manager.
Joining the team as the Service Manager, you will be responsible for managing, motivating and organising teams of Service and Parts Advisors, Workshop Technicians and C&D Drivers. You will take the helm in driving customer satisfaction, labour sales, promoting first time fixes, ensuring that vehicle loading and reporting are effective whilst achieving vehicle turnaround and meeting daily targets. Communication is key within our dealerships and ensuring a 5 star customer service is pre-requisite along with building solid working relationships with the Manufacturers and colleagues within the wider Group.
As our Service Manager, you will be able to demonstrate proven experience of meeting set KPI’s, achieving budget and of working within a fast-paced, highly expectant automotive, Service department. You will be a personable character with excellent communication skill and possess an advanced working knowledge of Kerridge and other DMS to be successful in this role. IT and demonstrable interpersonal skills will be essential.
