Sytner Leicester are looking for a Digital Receptionist.

Your role

Being the first point of contact for every single one of our 'family' of customers makes this simply one of the most demanding and important roles in our business. You'll definitely need a clear and confident telephone manner – and be someone with warmth, real charisma and the ability to shine.

This role is currently working from home but in future months we hope to offer a hybrid working from home / work from the office opportunity.

Your primary responsibilities will be to answer incoming calls, correctly qualify; transfer / send a message to the correct colleague and delivering a great customer experience in the process.

Your profile

You will be customer focused, a team player and always aiming to be the best. You will have a flair for talking and engaging with internal and external customers over the phone.

It is also important for you to have a quiet place to work from at home, a good broadband connection and be a self-motivator. All equipment will be provided for you. Organised, disciplined and flexible, you'll share our 'can do' approach to life, and relish being part of a team in a fast paced environment covering our phones 7 days a week.

Computer based application experience would be advantageous but full training on our systems will be provided. You will work 40 hours per week between the hours of 8am – 6pm Monday to Friday with a full 1 in 3 weekend rota (with time off in lieu).
