Halliwell Jones Chester are looking for a Service Manager.
Reporting to the Head of Business, the main objectives of the post are to ensure that the department provides the best possible service to the customers and achieves agreed profits and retention levels. You will also organise, direct and control the activities of Service Department staff to achieve plans and budgets, ensuring optimum use of all material, financial and personnel resources.
You will bring us proven experience in the automotive industry and in customer service, underpinned by a proven track record of high achievement within the aftersales/service arena. As a service manager, you will be motivated with a proactive approach to customer service and enjoy the challenge of influencing the success of the service department.
Proven excellent interpersonal and organisational skills are required for this role as well as strong IT literacy.
