Wollaston Motors are looking for a Reservations Advisor.
As a Reservations Advisor, you will maintain and manage bookings through the 1link system whilst ensuring quotes are given upon request and prices are documented on the job card. Providing the highest level of customer service, you will return any calls within 30 minutes and manage expectations throughout the customer journey. You will also be capturing customer’s marking preferences, and checking to see if vehicles are affected by quality enhancement’s or recalls at point of booking.
You will have proven experience in customer service with an ability to collate customer knowledge and anticipate their needs. You will be a proactive communicator with our management and retailer teams, innovative in your approach in creating optimal experiences and someone who will use their own initiative to deliver outstanding service to the customer. Excellent organisational and preparation skills are required for this role, coupled with a genuine passion for detail.
