Customer Support Team Advisor
Arden Maidstone are looking for a Customer Support Team Advisor.
You will take responsibility for nurturing fresh inbound enquiries for our products and services, as well as for the core outbound prospecting function for repeat business with our existing customer base.
The primary objectives centre around providing tailored, intelligent responses to customer enquiries including handling service bookings, and managing the customer journey in its entirety, up to the point of introduction to our showroom-based sales team, who will present and demonstrate the product and negotiate the sales, or complete the service booking for the customer.
You might already have automotive experience. Or, you could bring us proven experience in a customer-centric role from a different industry – you’ll get all the training you need to make a successful switch. A flair and passion for understanding new technology and BMW products is essential, alongside excellent proven IT, verbal, written, communication and numeracy skills. You will also be highly organised and have a genuine passion for winning new business.
