Forecourt Attendant

Cooper Chelmsford are looking for a Forecourt Attendant.

Your role

As a forecourt attendant you will deliver an incredible customer service experience to all you meet, whether internal or external customers. The main role of a forecourt attendant is to collect/deliver vehicles within time limits and promote the Retail Centre and its services. The role involves working with our Sales and Service Teams to collect/deliver vehicles, managing Forecourt and Showroom vehicle displays, oversee car preparation from arrival on site through to forecourt, oversee vehicle preparation process to include mechanical work and valeting, organise the movement and arrangement of vehicles on site to the relevant areas, ensure all forecourt/showroom stock is clean and presentable at all times.

Please note that this opportunity is being offered on a zero hours casual contract.

Your profile

To be successful in this role, you will have excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), strong IT literacy, customer service skills and the ability to multitask and work under pressure.

A full UK Driving License is essential.
