Berry Thames Ditton are looking for a Loyalty Advisor.

Your role

As a Loyalty Advisor, you will be responsible for dealing with customers in a professional, prompt and courteous manner. You will be predominantly speaking with customers over the phone and organising appointments for the Sales team. You will be discussing customers finance agreements along with talking about the model line-up available across BMW and MINI.

Your profile

You will have proven experience within a similar role and demonstrated a proactive approach to customer service, ideally with proven experience of dealing with customers over the telephone and booking appointments. In addition to this you will have strong IT literacy skills as well as excellent interpersonal and organisational skills. 

You will have the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines, demonstrating excellent attention to detail, communication skills, and a willingness to learn and develop. You will also be able to demonstrate strong interpersonal, presentation, organisation and prioritisation skills as well as an ability to work autonomously
