Williams Liverpool are looking for a Customer Experience Manager.
Our Customer Experience Manager is an integral part of the service team. Your role is to ensure we deliver exceptional customer service, standards and processes. You will work closely with the service Manager and the team to help create long-lasting relationships that build the service offering for now and in the future.
Working 42.5 hours per week Monday to Friday, plus Saturday rota (one in three).
As part of a busy team, you will be an active team player who is continually focussed on the needs of the customer. Excellent communication and good IT skills are essential.
