Williams Bolton are looking for a Service Advisor (Maternity Cover).
You’ll be the link between our customers and the workshop. From welcoming customers, you’ll ensure their smooth journey, from agreeing service or understanding repair requirements to booking in work and presenting the completed job. Along the way, you’ll organise test drives for our technicians, liaise with our parts team, suggest additional products and services to the customer, and make sure all invoicing is shipshape. It’s all about giving BMW customers peace of mind.
As a service advisor, you will have proven experience working in a similar role in an automotive retail environment with a prestige brand. A full clean driving licence is essential. You will be an excellent communicator with exceptional customer service skills. We will also expect you to be a team player who is continually focused on the needs of the customer, ensuring we deliver exceptional service.
