Rybrook Wolverhampton are looking for a Online Service Advisor.
We are looking for a Service Advisor with proven automotive experience to deal with our online customers who prefer contactless car servicing. You’ll ensure their smooth journey, from agreeing service or understanding repair requirements to booking in work. Along the way, you’ll organise test drives for our Technicians, liaise with our parts team, suggest additional products and services to the customer, and make sure all invoicing is shipshape. It’s all about giving BMW customers peace of mind.
The ideal candidate must be able to provide the customer with the 5 star BMW/MINI experience without the face to face contact. You should be able to handle incoming customer calls or emails by taking service bookings and maximise opportunities from all appointments and engage with the customer in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their requirements and concerns.
