Stephen James are looking for a part time Showroom Host
As the Showroom Host you will be our customers first point of contact and you will assist our customers with their visit in a welcoming, friendly and professional manner. You will be attentive to each visitor, quickly understanding their needs and helping to deliver a bespoke customer experience. You will be a brand ambassador and share our excitement for everything MINI and BMW. You will also occasionally help with answering telephone calls in a professional manner, taking responsibility for general administration, and taking accurate messages in a timely manner. You will keep the Showroom and waiting areas tidy and presentable and look after the customer waiting area - ensuring customers are kept updated, and offering refreshments ensuring they are comfortable and well looked after at all times.
You will be friendly, professional and welcoming with a passion for delivering excellent customer service, and enjoy interacting confidently face to face with customers. You will also have excellent organisation and administration skills, and proven experience in a similar role would be advantageous.
The working hours for this position are: Monday to Wednesday, 8am – 6pm (28.5hrs per week)
In addition, you may be asked to provide additional cover as per business needs. Any additional hours worked will be paid as overtime.
