Wollaston Motors are looking for a Sales Manager (Motorcycles).
The role is to support a 7 day/week sales operation, with working patterns shared with 2 Retail Managers to provide 7 day support of the sales operation based on an average 5 day working week, through time off in lieu.
You’ll take responsibility for achieving the sales and revenue goals for new bikes - acting as a role model to the team, a passionate advocate of the brand and a senior representative of the retailer.
Your leadership will ensure customers enjoy positive, memorable experiences every time they visit your site or interact with your sales team. You’ll also oversee sales processes, activities and target setting, as well as initiating marketing activities and taking care of operational management.
The successful applicant is likely to have proven experience in management with a modern, forward-looking vehicle sales operation, preferably with recent Motorcycle sales experience with a major brand. Hungry to build on our core strategy of Upper Quartile performance and Customer Delight, the successful applicant will be capable of overseeing highly effective processes for enquiry management, stock control, merchandising, and above all, people development. A good technical knowledge of Kerridge CRM processes and reporting would be a distinct advantage.
